Construction Estimator (Retaining Walls / Civil) — Full-Time

About The Role

Ultra Level is an Australian retaining wall, civil and fencing construction company. We are hiring an experienced Estimator to prepare detailed job estimates from plans and help respond to Australian tenders.

What You Will Do

• Read construction plans / drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Quantity take-offs (materials, labour, plant)
• Prepare and submit responses to Australian tenders
• Liaise with the team on pricing and scope; keep estimates organised and on time

What You Will Need

• Proven construction estimating experience (retaining walls, civil, concreting, fencing or similar)
• Confident reading plans and doing take-offs
• Estimating / design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, Buildxact or similar)
• Familiarity with Australian tender sites (Estimate One, Australian Tenders, etc.) a plus
• Strong written English, reliable internet, able to overlap AEST hours
