Construction Estimator Assistant/Outside Sales Person

About the Role

We are seeking high-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven construction professionals to provide estimates for retrofitting and construction services throughout the Greater Los Angeles, California area. This role involves assessing client sites, determining the required scope of work, and delivering detailed proposals.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites, take measurements and photos to assess the best solution for the client’s situation, including work in crawlspaces.
• Determine the required scope of work for each project.
• Provide clients with detailed proposals via the company’s CRM software.
• Promote sales by communicating and building relationships with clients.
• Follow up on job closing, contract signing, and work timelines to ensure client satisfaction.

Compensation includes earnings for site visits, auto expenses, and bonuses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional construction experience.
• Reasonable physical fitness to perform job duties, including working in crawlspaces.
• Car ownership and a valid driver’s license.
• Self-starting, organized, self-motivated, with strong communication skills and an outgoing, people-friendly personality.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Technical ability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, CRM, and drawing software.
• Ability to read plans is preferable.
• “Yes I Can” attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Work authorization in the United States (required).

Pay

$40,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.

Schedule

Full-time.
