Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform board-level repairs on construction and survey GPS equipment.
- Ensure all new equipment is fully functional prior to deployment, including software configuration and firmware installation.
- Provide front-line customer support, manage equipment logistics, and assist walk-in and phone customers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with GPS, surveying, or construction technology equipment, preferred
- Must be able to install and configure firmware and software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills for tracking, documentation, and software loading
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced technical environment
- Good troubleshooting skills and have good mechanic aptitude
- Proficient with MS-Office products
- Self-directed and well organized with the ability to prioritize workload
- Adequate driving record
- Willing to travel and work additional hours as needed to meet business and customer demands

Qualifications
- Experience in electronics troubleshooting and/or mechanical service repairs

- Physical requirements: Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, regularly sit, frequently required to use specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Starting Compensation Range: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
