Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is a national franchise organization providing property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should be a big picture, goal-oriented individual with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in tile, drywall, trim work, and painting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Main responsibility will be construction and repair of various items such as installing, repairing, electrical fixtures, doors, windows and frames, floor tile, drywall, base board, plumbing, painting etc.
• Strong attention to details and a good knowledge of different carpentry materials.
• Work effectively to ensure productivity and job performance.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and customer service.
• Represent the company well and within the limits of our culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry (preferred).
• Able to successfully complete a background, drug test, and have a clean DMV record.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Technically adept with smart phone and tablet technology.
• Able to operate within hazardous environments with care and safety.
• Must own basic tools.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Responsible for multiple high-end equipment pieces.
• Able to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.

Benefits

Pay

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience (paid bi-weekly).

Schedule

Daily travel to job sites and facility required. Hours: 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime and weekends.
