We are seeking a Millwork Craftsman who takes pride in doing things right the first time, values traditional craftsmanship, and finds satisfaction in producing work that meets exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components with precision.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform quality checks at each stage to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Follow established procedures and production schedules without deviation.
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines while upholding quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in millwork, cabinetry, or fine woodworking.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Skilled in using a variety of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and craftsmanship.
• Dependable and consistent, with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working within established processes and quality standards.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking preferred.
