EastCoast Builders is seeking a skilled Millwork Craftsman to join our team — someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, using high-quality materials and advanced woodworking techniques to create and install custom millwork. The Craftsman will assist in millwork installations, perform essential physical labor, and maintain a clean and safe job site. Under the supervision of senior team members, you will develop hands-on skills in woodworking, precision cutting, and assembling millwork components. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow within the trade and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to support all stages of the installation process.
- Assist in the preparation and installation of various millwork components such as cabinetry, moldings, trim, and architectural woodwork.
- Ensure materials being installed are correct, properly prepared, and free from defects.
- Ensure machinery and tools are regularly maintained, calibrated, and safe to use.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and plans.
- Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of woodworking tools, including hand tools, power drills, sanders, and nail guns.
- At least one year of experience in construction, carpentry, or millwork is preferred.

Pay
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
