Construction Coordinator – SemiconductorLocation: Rio Rancho, NMType: Contract + full benefitsPay: $45/hr - $50/hr DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AMHS Construction Coordinator to support semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing project near Albuquerque, NM. This field-based role coordinates contractors, vendors, and tool owners supporting the installation of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS/OHT) within semiconductor facilities. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate AMHS/OHT installation activities and construction sequencingCoordinate electrical, mechanical, rigging, seismic, carpentry, and other tradesServe as the field liaison between contractors, AMHS vendors, and End Users/Tool OwnersReview AMHS design packages, drawings, schedules, and installation requirementsCoordinate contractor mobilization, equipment/tool move-in, and installation readinessLead daily contractor/vendor field coordination meetingsResolve field conflicts, trade coordination issues, and installation constraintsTrack construction milestones, work orders, change requests, and equipment signoffsMaintain an active field presence to keep installation activities on schedule QualificationsPrevious AMHS, OHT, semiconductor tool install, or related high-tech construction experienceKnowledge of construction sequencing, field coordination, and industrial utilitiesExperience coordinating multiple construction trades and vendorsAbility to read construction drawings and design packagesStrong field problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to travel and support projects nationwide Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or related field plus 2+ years of semiconductor/high-tech construction or 5+ years of semiconductor/high-tech construction management experience **All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type now or in the future
