Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and job costing
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
- Maintain accurate job cost tracking and project financials
- Work closely with ownership on forecasting and financial strategy
- Ensure systems and processes are efficient and scalable
- Manage and optimize use of Buildertrend and QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Construction accounting experience (custom residential preferred)
- Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Buildertrend (or similar software)
- Able to work in a small team environment and wear multiple hats
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to partner with operations teams

We are a Salt Lake–based construction firm specializing in high-end luxury residential construction and remodels across Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back. We focus on delivering custom homes and renovations with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a highly personalized client experience. Our projects range from ground-up estates to complex remodels, working closely with top designers, architects, and subcontractors in the region. Pay
$105,000 - $125,000 per year
