About the role

As a Construction Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to construction projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
