We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. We have Position Summary (which is like About the role). Then sections: Financial Leadership & Business Partnership, Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting, Project Accounting & Controls, Single-Family Homebuilding, Cash Flow, Risk & External Relationships, Team Leadership & Process Improvement. Those are responsibilities. Then Qualifications section. Then Physical Demand and Work Environment (maybe not needed). Then What You'll Love About Working Here (benefits). Then some legal boilerplate to remove. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have About the role: Position Summary. Responsibilities: combine the various responsibility sections (Financial Leadership & Business Partnership, Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting, Project Accounting & Controls, Single-Family Homebuilding, Cash Flow, Risk & External Relationships, Team Leadership & Process Improvement). Could be a single Responsibilities section with bullet list. Requirements: maybe not separate; we have Qualifications. Could treat Qualifications as Requirements? But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. The posting includes Qualifications (education, experience, certifications). Also includes Core competencies (skills). So we can have Qualifications heading for education/experience, and Skills heading for core competencies. Benefits: What You'll Love About Working Here includes benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodations, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes at end: "The above is intended to describe the general content..." and EEO statement. Remove those. Also remove Physical Demand and Work Environment? It's not a required heading; we could maybe include as part of Responsibilities? But it's not a responsibility; it's work environment. Since we don't have a heading for that, we could either drop it (but we must preserve ALL substantive information). The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info somewhere. Could we include it under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we create a section like "Work Environment"? Not allowed headings. Only allowed headings are those listed. So we must fit it into one of those sections. Perhaps we can include under Responsibilities as a bullet about physical demands? But that seems off. However, the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot have other headings; it says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings; other info can be placed under appropriate heading. Physical demands could go under Responsibilities? Not ideal but maybe under Responsibilities as a bullet about work environment? Or we could put under About the role? Might be okay. Alternatively, we could create a section "Requirements" for physical demands? Not really. Better: we could treat Physical Demand and Work Environment as part of Responsibilities (like job duties). But it's not a duty. However, the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can include it as a paragraph under Responsibilities (maybe as a note). It's not ideal but meets constraint. We also have "What You'll Love About Working Here" which includes benefits; we will put under Benefits heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

About the role

Position Summary: ... (the paragraph)

  • ...
