Construction Contract review attorneys - engagement remote
About the Role
Our client, a privately held company providing large-scale construction support services in Texas and across the country, seeks an experienced construction attorney for a high-volume contract and MSA review project. This is a critical, interim role (1–2 months) supporting a thriving business, with a team that values your contributions.
Responsibilities
- First-line review of single-project, complex construction agreements and MSAs to identify issues and ensure terms align with the company’s standards and playbooks.
- Collaborate closely with the General Counsel and Senior Counsel to support key business and revenue-generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
- Experience in construction law and contract review.
Pay
The annualized pay for this full-time, interim role ranges from $180,000 to $200,000. Contract pay is determined by factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference.
