The role involves handling commercial contract disputes, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing strategic litigation support. Candidates must possess strong commercial litigation experience with a focus on contract-related matters. Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to mitigate litigation risks and ensure compliance with legal standards.• Represent the client in pre-litigation negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings.• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial contract disputes to develop case strategies.• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents for filing in court.• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks associated with commercial contracts and dispute resolution processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Admitted to practice law with a focus on commercial litigation and contract law.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contract litigation, including drafting and negotiation.• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal arguments and client interactions.• Experience with dispute resolution, mediation, or arbitration in commercial contract matters.• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
