About the role

The Construction Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing contract administration tasks related to complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract administration tasks for complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with building technologies, construction methods, details, codes, and specifications.
  • Utilize Revit and other software such as Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office to manage project documentation and communication.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with a high-energy team environment.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other software such as Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office.
  • Successful communicator and collaborator in a high-energy team environment.
  • Licensure preferred but not required.
