About the role
The Construction Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing contract administration tasks related to complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration tasks for complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with building technologies, construction methods, details, codes, and specifications.
- Utilize Revit and other software such as Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office to manage project documentation and communication.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with a high-energy team environment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, or hospitality.
- Strong technical knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Revit and other software such as Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office.
- Successful communicator and collaborator in a high-energy team environment.
- Licensure preferred but not required.
