Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, permits, submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders and change orders.
- Cookordination communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review and code AP invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
- Aid in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Support bidding and procurement processes.
- Sub bid solicitations.
- Prepare Quotes and Proposals.
- Sending out Subcontract Quotes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
