Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, permits, submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders and change orders.
  • Cookordination communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Review and code AP invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
  • Aid in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
  • Support bidding and procurement processes.
  • Sub bid solicitations.
  • Prepare Quotes and Proposals.
  • Sending out Subcontract Quotes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
