We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the firm: description of McMillan Pazdan Smith: award-winning architecture, interior design, advisory services firm with eleven studios in southeast, strong client relationships, community partnerships, projects represent work of collaborative group, larger firm of 300 employees with boutique firm atmosphere. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not present. Could use "About the firm" but headings list only certain allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can only use those headings. So we need to map content to these headings. "About the role" could contain overview of position: "We are currently seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a Construction Contract Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the project teams and providing project process guidance." That's a summary. Responsibilities: list of duties: many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to put them in
  • . Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" section. That's a list. Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Could be separate but we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills like proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to read plans, etc. Could be part of Requirements but we could separate. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present in posting. So we should not include those sections. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: firm description, role overview, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, physical demands, workplace environment. Also maybe mention location Columbia, SC. We need to decide where to put physical demands and workplace environment. Could be under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be under Requirements? Not exactly. Could be under Skills? Not exactly. There's no specific heading for those, but we could include them under Responsibilities as part of duties? But they are not duties. Could create a section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed headings. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings only? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect we use those headings only. So we must map all content into those categories. Physical demands and workplace environment could go under Responsibilities? Not ideal but maybe under Responsibilities as part of job demands. Or under Skills? Not. Better: we could create a section "Requirements" that includes both required qualifications and physical demands and workplace environment as part of requirements (since they are job requirements). That seems plausible. Skills could include proficiency with software, communication, organizational, etc. Let's structure:

However we must preserve all info; duplication is okay? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Better to avoid duplication. We could keep Requirements as qualifications (education, experience) and Skills as abilities. Let's split: Requirements: education, experience, previous experience. Skills: proficiency with MS Office, ability to read plans, understanding building tech, time management, prioritization, absorbing ideas, communication, attention to detail, organizational, self-motivated, teamwork, cultural awareness.
