We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Position Summary" etc. Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to extract content: The posting includes: - About Bodwé Group Companies (intro). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Bodwé Group Companies" is company description. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings as appropriate. We need to preserve all substantive info, not repeat job title, not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove accommodation requests? That's maybe part of EEO? It's about accommodation requests; might be considered EEO boilerplate. Probably remove. We need to keep: Position Summary, Period of Performance details, Essential Duties And Responsibilities, Education, Experience, And Technical Skills Required, Working Environment, Physical Demands, Home Office Connectivity Requirements, Branch Federal Support Services Entity, FLSA Status, Hours Per Week, Work Arrangement, Reports To, Manages Others, Overnight Travel, Tags? Tags maybe not needed; they are like hashtags; could be considered boilerplate? Might be considered metadata; but they are not essential. Probably drop tags. Also need to include "Disclosure" about federal contracting opportunity contingent on award. That's substantive. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include Position Summary and maybe About Bodwé Group Companies? But "About the role" maybe position summary. We'll put Position Summary there. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities. - Requirements: Education, Experience, And Technical Skills Required. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have Qualifications separate: maybe include Licensed Building Inspector etc. But that's already in Requirements. Could split: Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (certifications). However we have limited distinct content. Might combine. - Skills: maybe technical skills like USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30-hr, CQM-C, etc. - Benefits: none given. - Pay: none given. - Schedule: Hours Per Week 40+, Work Arrangement Onsite, maybe also Period of Performance? That's schedule? Could be considered schedule. But we have no explicit pay/benefits. We should only include sections with real specific content. So we can include: - About the role (Position Summary + maybe company description? but company description is about Bodwé, not role. Might be okay under About the role? Might be considered "About the company". But instruction only gave examples; we can use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; but we could also use other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those. Thus we need to map content to those headings. Let's extract: Position Summary: "We are seeking an experienced General Construction Building Inspector/CQM/QA Representative to Provide construction quality management and quality assurance support for the general construction portions of repair, renovation, and modernization projects at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC)." Also includes Period of Performance details: Base Period etc. That could be under Schedule? Or maybe under About the role? Could be separate but we don't have a heading for contract period. Could include under About the role as additional detail. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Education, Experience, and Technical Skills (including licensed building inspector, 10 years experience, etc.) Qualifications: maybe include certifications: OSHA 30-hr, CQM-C, familiarity with USACE Safety Management System, Real ID/Passport, driver's license. Skills: maybe include specific technical skills: utilizing USACE EM 385-1-1, Three-Phase Inspection Process, etc. Benefits: none. Pay: none. Schedule: Hours Per Week 40+, Work Arrangement Onsite, Reports To, Manages Others, Overnight Travel, maybe also Period of Performance? Could be considered schedule. We also have Home Office Connectivity Requirements (for hybrid/remote) but this role is Onsite, so maybe not relevant. We also have Working Environment and Physical Demands; could be under Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to include under Requirements? But we have no heading for Working Environment. Could we add a section like "Working Environment"? The instruction only gave examples but didn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; but we could also use others if needed? Safer to stick to those. Thus we need to fit Working Environment and Physical Demands into one of those headings, maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. Could put under Requirements as "Working Environment & Physical Demands". Or we could create a section "Working Environment" but that's not in the list; risk of being considered not following instruction. Better to incorporate. Thus: - About the role: Position Summary + Period of Performance + Disclosure? Disclosure about federal contracting opportunity contingent on award. That's relevant to role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Technical Skills (including licensed building inspector, 10 years, etc.) plus Working Environment and Physical Demands. - Qualifications: Certifications/training (OSHA 30-hr, CQM-C, USACE EM 385-1-1, Real ID/Passport, driver's license). - Skills: maybe specific skills like Three-Phase Inspection Process, submittal review, schedule analysis, etc. But many overlap. We could combine Qualifications and Skills; but we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe we have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. That's three sections. That's acceptable per instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we can omit Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule if no specific content. But we have some schedule info (Hours Per Week 40+, Work Arrangement Onsite). Could be considered schedule; but if we omit Schedule section, we lose that info. However we could embed schedule info in About the role or Requirements. For example, include "Work Arrangement: Onsite, 40+ hours per week" in About the role or Requirements. Similarly, Period of Performance could be in About the role. Thus we can produce three sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. Let's craft: About the role: include Position Summary, Period of Performance details, Disclosure, Work Arrangement (Onsite, 40+ hrs/week), Reports To (Federal Program Manager), Manages Others (No), Overnight Travel (No), maybe also Branch Federal Support Services Entity? That's extra but could be included. Responsibilities: list of duties as bullet list. Requirements: include Education, Experience, Technical Skills (licensed building inspector, 10 years), Working Environment description, Physical Demands, Home Office Connectivity Requirements (though role is Onsite, but still mention), maybe also certifications? But we might put certifications in Requirements as well. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's list all substantive info from posting: - About Bodwé Group Companies description (company mission). Might be considered substantive but not role-specific. Could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that description too. Where to put? Could be in About the role as company overview. - Disclosure: federal contracting opportunity contingent on award. - Position Summary. - Period of Performance details with dates. - Accommodation Requests (maybe EEO). Might be considered boilerplate; but it's about accommodation requests; could be considered EEO boilerplate; we can remove. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list). - Education, Experience, And Technical Skills Required (list). - Working Environment description. - Physical Demands list. - Home Office Connectivity Requirements (though role is Onsite, still mention). - Branch Federal Support Services Entity (maybe irrelevant). - FLSA Status Exempt. - Hours Per Week 40+. - Work Arrangement Onsite. - Reports To Federal Program Manager. - Manages Others No. - Overnight Travel No. - Tags (maybe not needed). Thus we need to include all that. We can embed many details in About the role and Requirements. Let's structure:
