Job Overview

Luxury Bath & Kitchen is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC. The position offers a commission-based compensation structure with potential earnings up to $225,000 annually. The role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting in-home sales presentations, and guiding them through the remodeling process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system
• Create customized bath designs using company software
• Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions
• Follow up with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
• Closing sales and achieving individual performance goals
• Attend weekly sales training and development sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus
• Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued
• Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently while following a proven sales process
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required
