Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including potentially fully remote and hybrid opportunities.

Requirements

• Driven team player with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in Washington

Qualifications

• Complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters
• Trial experience preferred
