Mission
The Construction Accounting Manager will take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for a rapidly expanding construction division.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and job costing
- Oversee month-end close processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and job costing
- Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience in a privately held or growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
