Responsibilities
- Handle construction accounting, including AIA billings, tracking contracts, and managing change orders efficiently
- Analyze complex situations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity
- Leverage advanced Excel functionalities for data analysis and reporting
- Utilize job cost accounting software (experience with Yardi is beneficial)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction accounting, preferably within the real estate industry with exposure to construction projects
- Proven ability to handle construction-related accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with job cost accounting software (Yardi experience is a plus)
Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
