Key Responsibilities
- Work Daily Omit Reports: A daily file highlights items with the highest omits. Verify McKesson’s usage by utilizing Smartsheet and reach out to the buyer team.
- Manage Smartsheet Usage/Order Requests: Follow the CMOP Usage/Order Smartsheet requests. Submit usage updates in CRM and work with vendors on drop ship or dock to dock orders.
- Escalate Issues: Report escalations or high-level issues to the CMOPs assigned Account Executive before facility visits.
- Manage Lot and Expiration Date Corrections: Process corrections for CMOP within 2 hours, manage EPS orders, and handle shortages, overages, mis-picks, returns, stock checks, inventory adjustments, backorders, and contract pricing issues.
- Support New Technology: Assist with training for all new technology, integrate new reporting standards, connect access for CMOP users in Smartsheet, and submit technical tickets for CMOP related issues.
- Be a Change Agent: Drive cultural change focused on business and customer success.
- Third Party Credit Reconciliation: Participate in monthly service level, HHS emergency ordering, and maintain customer support for BOP.
Minimum Requirements
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is desired.
- Candidate must live within 50 miles of the St. Louis, MO Distribution Center.
