The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with business leaders and teams in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for Surventis.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from Legal
- Implement and manage processes to collect, measure, and track relevant metrics to assess contract compliance with key terms and conditions for all contracts, including product inventory tracking
- Develop and manage the contract renewal process, evaluating account profitability
- Develop and manage the expiration notification process for all contracts
- Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract; act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms, conditions, obligations, compliance, products, services, rights, and deliverables
- Develop contract portfolio metrics, including key usage and profitability
- Assist in identification of reporting tools/solutions to automate contract management reporting and tracking
- Reconcile inventory between customer and SAP
- Perform inventory audit once per year
Requirements
- Ability to take ownership of and focus on critical initiatives
- Strong business acumen, organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to gather, extract, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed data from a variety of sources
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with demonstrated project management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of an organization
- Team player with ability to learn quickly, multi-task, self-direct, and appropriately prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Warehouse management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Pay
$95,000–110,000 per year
