About the role

At Andaz Miami Beach, the Events Concierge serves as the liaison between Event Sales and/or the Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This highly visible role is the central point for handling and addressing needs and special requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between Event Sales/Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact.
• Manage and address guest needs and special requests during events.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel’s meeting facilities and event specifics.
