About the role

The Event Concierge acts as the liaison between Event Sales and/or the Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This highly visible position is the central point for handling and addressing needs and special requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the intermediary between Event Sales and/or the Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact.
• Handle and address the needs and special requests of guests and event attendees.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event specifics.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
