Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning and execution of CBI programs, including events, evaluations, and communications.
• Leverage data and insights to generate recommendations for employee engagement, feedback, and event promotion.
• Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and ERG stakeholders.
• Aid in Impact initiatives such as community partnerships, employee volunteerism, and sponsored events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Leadership, Communications or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AI platforms, and data science tools.
• Interest in employee experience, ERGs, community impact initiatives, cultural awareness, and organizational development.
