Congregate Housing Coordinator/Care Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go.
• Experience with frameworks and tools like React, Angular, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
