Confirm Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage confirmation staff.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching.
• Monitor scheduled leads and confirm leads have accurate information.
• Assign and ensure all rounds of confirmation are called, all leads are being dialed and texted.
• Audit calls to ensure proper procedures and quality standards are being met.
• Audit poor lead results and investigate lead issues.
• Communicate with other leaders and departments as needed.
• Aid in achieving daily, monthly, and yearly lead goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Display expertise in what products we offer, scheduling, and department protocols.
• Ability to collaborate with other leaders to ensure goals are being achieved.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in marketing, sales, or business seen favorably.
• Previous Inside Sales experience.
• Previous experience in leadership or sales seen favorably.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods working on a computer.
• Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard.
