About the role

Responsible for overseeing the configuration management processes across multiple projects within General Atomics and affiliated companies. Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration management processes for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate configuration issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management or related field.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Perforce, ClearCase, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
