Sr Configuration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new products, business rules, and UI features.
• Provide leadership to a team, solving complex problems with sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in team standards and processes, focusing on quality and speed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about issues, risks, and outcomes.
• Support Agile development and lead department initiatives, including process improvement and cross-organization collaboration.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with ALIP or similar business configuration platforms.
• 5-7 years of experience in leading business or IT solution delivery.
• Strong communication and expectation management skills.
• Deep understanding of annuity and life insurance functional areas.
• Self-directed problem solver with a knack for asking insightful questions.

Preferred Skills

• Technology, business, and project certifications.
• Experience in coaching and developing team talent.
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks.

Benefits

The pay range for this role is $39 - $75 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
