About the role

Supports configuration management activities by implementing and maintaining processes, tools, and controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and environments. Focuses on analyzing configuration data, supporting system configurations, and aligning with organizational standards, release processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain configuration management processes, tools, and controls.
  • Analyze configuration data and support system configurations.
  • Align configuration activities with organizational standards, release processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work 1-2 Sundays each month for content updates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of configuration management or related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting configuration processes and controls.
  • Working knowledge of system configuration and release processes.
  • Familiarity with clinical and code editing concepts (e.g., Claim Check, ClaimsXten).
  • QNXT experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CPC Certification (preferred).

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 annually. This pay range represents the base salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
