Configuration Associate, Support I

Responsibilities

• Meet quality goals and on‑time delivery for assigned jobs.
• Perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours.
• Conduct visual inspection of configuration products for physical damage and missing parts.
• Test configuration products using a PC‑based test system.
• Record inspection results via a PC‑based configuration order tracking system.
• Prepare and clean configuration products prior to shipment according to established standards.
• Maintain punctuality and dependability in normal work functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
• Physical: Able to routinely lift up to 35 pounds.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• English language proficiency – reading, writing, and ability to follow verbal instructions.

Pay

Salary varies depending on location, job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience. All Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs; some roles may also be eligible for long‑term incentive equity awards.
