About the role
The Configuration Associate I is responsible for the production of high-quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. The incumbent will be responsible for set up and perform assigned assembly operations within specific target product family while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet Quality goals and on time delivery associated with respective jobs.
- Perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours.
- Perform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing parts.
- Test Configuration product using a PC based test system.
- Record inspection results via PC-based Configuration order tracking system.
- Prep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance with established standards.
- Be punctual. Can be depended on to handle his/her normal work functions.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Basic Computer Skills
- English skills, reading, writing, and the ability to follow verbal instruction
- Able to routinely lift up to 35 pounds
