Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate configuration changes and BOM impact analysis for multiple developmental and production programs
- Execute assigned programs within cost and schedule constraints
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; coordinate work tasks with customer representatives and keep them informed of status and progress
- Contribute to preparation of project documentation to ensure customer requirements are met
- Review documentation and apply knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
- Analyze proposed changes to product design to determine effect on the BOM
- Coverage modification records for changes and BOM management control
- Ensure CDM efforts meet cost, quality, schedule, and performance requirements
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines and associated CSA information
- Support development, delivery, and customer review of program documentation/data deliverables and status accounting updates
- Demonstrate general understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and operations processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 6 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate configuration changes and BOM impact analysis for multiple developmental and production programs within guidelines and specifications
- Execute assigned programs within cost and schedule constraints
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; coordinate work tasks with customer representatives and keep them informed of status and progress
- Prepare project documentation and deliverables to ensure customer requirements are met, including status accounting updates
- Review engineering and manufacturing documentation; analyze proposed product design changes to assess effects on BOM and coordinate modification records for changes and BOM management control
- Apply knowledge of EPDM and Oracle systems for item masters, drawings, BOMs, and routings
- Demonstrate general understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and operations processes, including sub‑assembly, installation, machining, welding, painting, and marking
- Possess strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Word, with attention to detail, time management, and organization
- Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations; US citizenship or permanent residency required
