Paid Advertising

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid traffic campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Affiliate Management: Source, vet, and manage creators within the TikTok Shop / TikTok Affiliate ecosystem to drive product sales.

Content Production

• Concept, script, and film high-conversion short-form video ads (UGC-style) and organic TikToks/Reels.
• Video Editing: Cut, pace, and polish videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, focusing on strong hooks and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).

Trend Spotting

• Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and competitor ad strategies to quickly pivot our creative angles.

Conversion Optimization

• Analyze video performance metrics to understand what hooks and formats successfully turn viewers into paying customers.

Requirements

• DTC Experience: Proven track record of running social ads that directly generate e-commerce sales and measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and the mechanics of TikTok Shop/Affiliates.
• Creative Technical Skills: Proficient in filming on mobile devices and editing seamlessly in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Direct-Response Mindset: You understand the psychology of online buyers and know how to structure a 15-second video to convert.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable wearing multiple hats, working closely with the founder, and executing ideas from scratch.
