Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product quality strategy aligned with business objectives and customer expectations
• Lead quality initiatives across New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure robust design transfer, process validation, and launch readiness
• Oversee quality performance within contract manufacturing (CM/OEM/ODM) networks, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, and accountability
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive improvements in product reliability, yield, and customer satisfaction
• Build and scale quality systems, including supplier quality, incoming inspection, production quality, and field performance monitoring
• Parellel cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to embed quality early in the product lifecycle
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for complex quality issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global quality organization

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience supporting NPI cycles, including design transfer and production ramp-up
• Strong background managing contract manufacturers and global supplier quality networks
• Demonstrated success implementing scalable quality systems and driving measurable performance improvements
• Experience with quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in highly regulated or complex manufacturing environments (e.g., industrial, automotive, aerospace, medical devices)
• Global leadership experience across multiple sites or regions
