Position: Condition Monitoring Analyst, Location: Covington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day condition monitoring services in support of plant equipment breakdowns, diagnosing failure modes and prescribing repair procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement to the maintenance management system database by entering/updating equipment data and by developing/entering/updating preventive maintenance procedures for plant equipment.
• Provide ongoing technical support for the Predictive Maintenance program, including future enhancements to vibration analysis, infrared thermography and lubrication management efforts.
• Provide technical support for shop repair of major plant equipment and field inspection.
• Provide technical support to maintenance planning and scheduling functions.
• Continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for maintenance, including procedures for equipment documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in industrial, mechanical or vibration work setting.
• Background in Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience in problem analysis and rotating equipment troubleshooting.
• Versatility – ability to work in all areas of operations including adverse climate and difficult locations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance program.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $87,000.00 – $145,000.00, depending on role, level, and location. Pay is based on skills, experience, and education.
