About the role
HealthCheck360 has an immediate opening for a Condition Management Account Coordinator. The role is available both onsite in Dubuque, IA, and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from participants
- Make outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program
- Answer participants' inquiries
- Accurately document participant communications
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in a medical setting (LPN, CNA, Medical Assistant, health coach, insurance verification, medical transcriptionist, health care coordination)
Qualifications
- None required - training provided
