KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, proactively addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for their assigned account management matters.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Afford assistance with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our contractual obligation.
  • Presentation and Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed directions and timelines.
  • Sales and Quota attainment: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with your sales manager to develop a strategy to introduce your clients to new products.
  • Afford assistance in contract negotiation to close agreements and maximize profits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Afford accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the lead generation program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education Required: AS/BA degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, IT, or related area.
  • Experience Required: Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Effectively present complex information in an organized manner both verbally and in writing to decision-makers.
  • Two to four years of sales management is preferred.
