KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, proactively addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for their assigned account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Afford assistance with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our contractual obligation.
- Presentation and Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed directions and timelines.
- Sales and Quota attainment: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to develop a strategy to introduce your clients to new products.
- Afford assistance in contract negotiation to close agreements and maximize profits.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Afford accurate and timely forecasting and reporting for management visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the lead generation program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education Required: AS/BA degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, IT, or related area.
- Experience Required: Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager or relevant role.
- Effectively present complex information in an organized manner both verbally and in writing to decision-makers.
- Two to four years of sales management is preferred.
