Concrete Yard Foreman

About the role

The Concrete Yard Foreman will be working directly with the Finishing Manager and Plant Manager to ensure proper allocation of personnel and oversee the finishing of products, coordinating outgoing loads.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Finishing Manager and Plant Manager to allocate personnel effectively
• Oversee the finishing of products and coordinate outgoing loads
• Manage equipment operations including Mijacks, Forklifts, Skid Loaders, Lifts, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Foreman or other leadership position experience
• 5+ years of equipment operating experience (Mijacks, Forklifts, Skid Loaders, Lifts, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work outside for most of the shift
• Good communication skills
