About the role

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Project Coordinators at Lithko are responsible for developing correct estimates, providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties, and managing the administration components for an entire project.

Responsibilities

• Concrete waterproofing applications
• Caulking and sealant installation
• Joint sealant replacement and repairs
• Expansion joint installation and repair
• Carbon fiber reinforcement systems
• Surface preparation and concrete repairs
• General construction labor and job site support
• Following safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

Experienced Applicants

• Previous waterproofing, concrete restoration, caulking, or related construction experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment

Entry-Level Applicants

• No experience required – willing to train the right candidates
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors

Requirements

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required
• Reliable transportation to job sites
