Job Description
- Manage and supervise concrete construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
- Oversee material and resource allocation for concrete operations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing concrete construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
