Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for structural concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, elevated decks, and related work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain project schedules and drive productivity in the field.
• Champion site safety and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct daily planning, site meetings, quality control inspections, and progress reporting.
• Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing structural concrete construction projects.
• Background working for a concrete contractor, self-perform contractor, or specialty concrete organization.
• Experience overseeing field crews, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Open to both experienced Concrete Superintendents and emerging field leaders looking to take the next step in their career.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, municipal, educational, or warehouse developments is highly desirable.
• Candidates currently working for leading concrete contractors or self-perform concrete divisions are strongly encouraged to apply.
