Concrete Superintendent Intern

About the role

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC), part of the $5B+ ARCO Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Concrete Project Manager Intern in Richmond Heights. You will assist superintendents on commercial, industrial, distribution, office, multi-family, entertainment, and other project types, gaining hands-on experience in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and full project execution while contributing to ARCO’s national design-build success.

Responsibilities

• Work on jobsites alongside expert field personnel to learn and apply concrete construction skills
• Assist with creating schedules and coordinating subcontractors
• Support smooth project execution from start to finish under the guidance of superintendents
• Perform critical tasks at every stage of the project life cycle

Necessary Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0)
• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing/walking on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
