Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Experience with paving hand forms and flatwork
- Experience with ADAAA compliant sidewalk ramps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather

Responsibilities
- Oversee heavy highway projects
- Interpret and implement construction plans
- Manage paving crew to ensure K2 Construction's high-quality standards are met
- Read, understand, and enforce safety policies and practices
- Communicate and schedule work with other employees
- Communicate with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers
- Complete projects in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
