Concrete SuperintendentLocation: Edgerton, MN Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 annually (Experience Dependent) Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with an established commercial concrete contractor seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects.The company performs complex concrete construction throughout the Midwest, with work spanning structural concrete, slab-on-grade, paving, and tilt-up construction. Projects support major markets including data centers and IT infrastructure, industrial and manufacturing facilities, transportation and logistics, commercial agriculture, and power and energy infrastructure.This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who understands concrete construction from the ground up and can effectively manage crews, schedules, safety, quality, and day-to-day project execution.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily field operations for commercial and industrial concrete projects.Supervise concrete crews, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and onsite activities.Plan and coordinate concrete scopes including foundations, structural concrete, slab-on-grade, paving, and related concrete work.Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project plans.Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, concrete deliveries, inspections, and sequencing to maintain project schedules.</span
