Concrete Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose concrete damage, including cracks, spalling, and surface deterioration.
  • Perform repairs using various methods, including epoxy injection, patching, and resurfacing.
  • Prepare surfaces for repair, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute repair projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleaning after use.
  • Document repair activities and report progress to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in concrete repair or a related field.
  • Knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, and application processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
