This hands-on role involves assisting with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensuring equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You will gain valuable field experience and training within an industry-leading team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup
- Prepare tools and materials
- Ensure proper loading and organization of equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Follow established processes to ensure quality work
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling)

Pay
The Pay Per Job Bonus Structure ensures that many team members earn $32–$40/hour or more, depending on performance and effort.

Full-time position with occasional travel required (30% to 50%)
