CONCRETE CREW FOREMAN

About the role

Commercial or industrial concrete experience required for flatwork, curb and gutter, structural concrete (footings, walls and columns), duct bank, and site work related concrete operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• U.S. Citizen or Green card holder
• Able to safely and competently perform in industrial environments
• Must be able to utilize a tablet for equipment inspections, jobsite safety inspections, and daily reports
• Minimum 5 years commercial or industrial concrete experience in flatwork, curb and gutter, structural concrete (footings, walls and columns), duct bank, and site work related concrete operations
• Knowledge of metal imbeds, anchor bolts, and rebar for concrete scopes
• Able to comfortably run a 5–10 man crew
• Must be able to pass drug and background test
• Ability to read plans with an understanding of elevations and layout
• Operate equipment in support of concrete operations (mini excavator, skid steer, compaction equipment)

Qualifications

• Total Station experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
