Concrete Project Manager, Construction

About the role

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to join their team in Richmond Heights, St. Louis. As part of the $5B+ ARCO Family of Companies, MCC offers a range of concrete foundation, slab on grade, tilt-up, and exterior pavement solutions for projects across the country.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, scheduling, and managing project timelines
• Quality control and progress reporting
• Coordination of the buyout process for materials
• Overseeing the safety and quality control of the construction team
• Communicating with the Concrete Superintendent and construction team
• Remaining cost-conscious and monitoring project expenses
• Participating in project meetings to review scope of work and materials
• Preparing proposals and conducting design reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management and/or field engineering or concrete experience
• Experience with ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
