About the role

The Concrete Project Manager will have 2–7 years of experience performing a variety of tasks to support one or more major concrete projects at any given time. Experience with tilt-up concrete or tilt-wall construction is considered a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate with and collaborate in the design and construction process with the ARCO Project team
  • Conduct job site meetings on site
  • Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
  • Conduct progress meetings with the construction team
  • Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times
  • Communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project

Requirements

  • BS or BA strongly preferred; Construction Management or related field preferred
  • 0–3+ years of construction management experience (concrete and tilt-wall experience is a plus)
  • Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines
  • Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
  • Commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes, making necessary changes, and using customer input to make improvements
  • Act with integrity and maintain focus on meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations
  • Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
